I am a senior level talent acquisition specialist with 20 years of experience across a wide range of companies and industries. I have extensive experience with full life-cycle recruiting processes for positions at all levels, including upper management and director/VP level. My strengths include the ability to consult collaboratively with hiring managers in order to assess and understand their needs and the needs of their groups/departments to the fullest extent, and from there to develop and implement a best-practice recruiting strategy that suits their specific needs. I am able to develop behavioral interviews and effectively assess and present candidates, and manage them through the entire recruiting process to ensure the best candidate experience possible as well as to uphold the corporate and employment brand. When I’m not keeping busy recruiting, you can find me either in the kitchen, at the gym or planning my next travel adventure.

Kerry Weber
Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

I have more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition leadership and consulting. I’ve worked for small startups and IT consulting firms as well as Global Fortune 500 organizations within a multitude of industries. I concentrate my recruiting efforts on professional / exempt level roles and consultants in the Midwest and focus on building long-term relationships with both customers and candidates. I am authentic, adaptable and resourceful and always looks out for the best interest of others.

When not working, I am a proud parent of two and reside with my fiancé and family in Sun Prairie WI, where I volunteer for several non-profit organizations related to causes that are dear to my heart. I studied organizational management at Bethel College in St Paul Minnesota, was previously the vice president of the Wisconsin Recruiters Network and plan to continue my professional development with a certification to augment my experience as a leader in talent acquisition and to continue to practice lifelong learning.

I have been working in the recruiting and staffing world for more than five years, first in Nairobi, Kenya then moving closer to home in Milwaukee. I bring a broad industry background with an emphasis on IT development and engineering positions and my favorite part of the job is helping candidates find lasting, fulfilling roles. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an avid Badger fan. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my wife and twin daughters, hiking and exploring the outdoors.
