My passion is people and my time at this company has afforded me the opportunity to work with the best and brightest in IT. I am constantly humbled to share a company with the intensely brilliant and wonderful people who make up Omni. My desire to work with and help people led me to an early career in social work and counseling. After seven years of working in the non-profit sector, I made a move to recruiting in the IT industry and found my true passion; growing a great company one talented person at a time. Kaycee Whitaker

I am a senior level talent acquisition specialist with 20 years of experience across a wide range of companies and industries. I have extensive experience with full life-cycle recruiting processes for positions at all levels, including upper management and director/VP level. My strengths include the ability to consult collaboratively with hiring managers in order to assess and understand their needs and the needs of their groups/departments to the fullest extent, and from there to develop and implement a best-practice recruiting strategy that suits their specific needs. I am able to develop behavioral interviews and effectively assess and present candidates, and manage them through the entire recruiting process to ensure the best candidate experience possible as well as to uphold the corporate and employment brand. When I’m not keeping busy recruiting, you can find me either in the kitchen, at the gym or planning my next travel adventure.
