The Challenge: The customer needed an easy to use, advanced dashboard that
facilitated behavior change in the sales force by providing visibility to the
performance indicators at every level in the organization. In a rapidly changing
healthcare industry, the sales team had adopted a continuous improvement strategy that
made it nearly impossible to keep pace in a traditional IT project cycle.
The Solution: The Omni Resources' Solutions Group designed and developed a robust
Business Intelligence system that consolidated multiple legacy systems onto a single
reporting platform. Additionally, the system provided the sales leadership team with
the capability to maintain existing, and deploy new key performance indicators without
burdening the corporate IT teams.
The solution integrates with their corporate security model to ensure that the information
is only visible to the appropriate team members depending upon their role.

The Solution: The customer outsourced their entire Information
Technology function to the Omni Resources Solutions Group. A high-end technologist was
placed on-site as the face to the organization and a subsequent team was assembled as needed.
A significant infrastructure uplift was performed to retire old technology assets,
consolidate others, and purchase some new in order to provide a platform for new initiatives.
During that time, a member of the solutions group was embedded within finance to attack
some immediate needs.
That depth of understanding of the client's business has enabled the customer to now entrust
us with projects critical to their growth such as capacity planning, financial reporting,
production control, and engineering support.

The Solution: Our customer came to us with a very specific request to help them get into the online marketplace.
The Omni Resources Solutions Group met with the business owner, gathered the requirements,
and set to the task of finding a solution. Due to the fact that this was an unproven
sales channel for them, they wanted to keep the investment down. Therefore the team
set out to find a "buy rather than build" solution. Multiple options were found, costs
projected and presented back to the client.
Based upon those decisions, the Omni Resources Team implemented a complete solution, from
catalog to order fulfillment, including automated credit card processing.
